Before you ask us.
What's the smallest and largest group you'll take on?
From six travellers up to around thirty on a single route. Beyond that we still help, just property by property rather than off a template.
Do we have to book out the whole camp?
Not always. Some routes work as a large block booking at a bigger lodge, others as full exclusive use of a smaller camp — we'll show you the real cost difference between the two.
Can different people in the group do different things?
Yes — with more than one vehicle running, a game-drive group and a pool-and-spa group can both have their day and reconvene for dinner.
Can everyone pay separately?
Yes. We can invoice one organiser for the full group, or split invoices per traveller or per room — whichever matches how your group actually handles money.
Do you handle corporate retreats, not just family groups?
Regularly. The planning carries the same rigour as a wedding party — rooming, dietary needs and a schedule that still leaves room to actually enjoy the trip.
How far ahead should we book?
For July–October or the December holidays, nine to twelve months is realistic for a group of size. Smaller groups or quieter months can move faster.
Can we add a beach extension for the whole group?
Yes — Diani or Zanzibar both work for larger parties, though we'll flag where villa capacity limits how large a single beach property can go.
