DESTINATIONS - EAST AFRICA
Where We take you
We focus exclusively on East Africa — Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda & Rwanda — so every route we design is one we know intimately.
Kenya
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Kenya remains the classic gateway into East Africa. Its landscape ranges from wide-open savanna to rift valley lakes, with a well-developed safari infrastructure and some of the most reliable game viewing on the continent. It's an easy first-time safari destination without sacrificing depth for repeat travelers
Highlights: Classic Big Five safari terrain · Strong Maasai cultural heritage
Best for: First-time safari-goers, migration season travel, family trips
Tanzania
SCALE & SPECTACLE
Home to the largest protected wilderness in Africa. Tanzania's parks reward travelers who want space, scale, and some of the continent's densest wildlife concentrations. Tanzania offers scale few other countries can match — the largest protected wilderness area in Africa, anchored by the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Where Kenya feels accessible and compact, Tanzania rewards travelers who want space, fewer crowds, and landscapes that stretch further than the eye can follow.
Highlights: Largest wilderness area in Africa · Serengeti + Ngorongoro in one circuit · Fewer crowds than neighboring parks
Best for: Migration-timed safaris, longer multi-park itineraries, honeymooners
Uganda
THE PEARL OF AFRICA
Known as the "Pearl of Africa," Uganda trades open plains for lush, mountainous rainforest. It's less about game drives and more about primates — this is one of only a few countries on Earth where travelers can trek mountain gorillas, alongside chimpanzees and over a dozen other primate species.
Highlights: Mountain gorilla trekking · Highest chimpanzee density in Africa · Lush, mountainous terrain
Best for: Primate trekking, adventure travelers, add-on to a Kenya/Tanzania trip
Rwanda
LAND OF A THOUSAND HILLS
Rwanda is compact, immaculately maintained, and increasingly regarded as one of Africa's premier travel destinations. Centered on the volcanic Virunga highlands, it offers an intimate, small-group gorilla trekking experience alongside a capital city, Kigali, that consistently ranks among the safest and cleanest in Africa.
Highlights: World-class gorilla trekking · Africa's cleanest, safest capital · Compact — easy to cover in a short trip
Best for: Short getaways, combining with Uganda, culturally rich stopovers
